We’re always trying to boost our immune systems and now it’s more important than ever to make sure you’re staying healthy and your immune system is up to par. We’ve rounded up some of our favorite immunity remedies that you can do right from your home!

STAYING HYDRATED
We start our mornings at home with a tall glass of lemon water! Adding a little lemon to your water has so many benefits. It’s a great way to keep your body alkaline. It supports weight loss and aids in digestion. In addition, the bit of lemon is a great source of Vitamin C.
STAYING ACTIVE
We’re staying active by walking outside or participating in virtual workouts from our living room! There are a number of really great local studios that are providing virtual or LIVE class including one of our favorites:

PURCHASING LOCAL FOOD
We love supporting our local community and now it’s more important than ever. We try to purchase most of our groceries from local organic food from farmer stands. These are some of our favorite around town:
The Ecology Center is selling their Farm Share Resilience Box. Each box is filled with staple fruits and vegetables to nourish your entire family. They are available for curbside pick up and 10% of the proceeds will go to those in need.
Is open Wednesday - Saturday 9 - 3:30pm and Sunday 9 - 1pm and is offering tea and coffee to go.
